A CERCA Conference Package will be shipped to you prior to the Conference." Please indicate whether or not you wish to receive it and IF SO whether it should be sent to your home or office. Please provide address when prompted.

Cancellations via email by Friday, October 16th, will entitle the registrant to a full refund minus a standard $25 processing fee and minus $55 if you received the CERCA Conference Package which is sent to all registered participants. After October 16th, no refund will be issued. Substitute attendees (for the full conference) will be allowed at any time without penalty. Through October 16th, substitute attendees can choose to be sent the Conference Package for an additional $55.
