WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Council for Electronic Revenue Communication Advancement (CERCA), the premier organization representing the electronic tax filing industry, is pleased to announce the unanimous election of Daniel Eubanks as its new Chairman.

Eubanks, Vice President and Head of US Federal Government Relations at Intuit, brings over two decades of government affairs knowledge, technology expertise, and deep leadership experience to the role. In his tenure at Intuit, where he has spent the last nine years, Eubanks has played a pivotal role in developing the company’s federal corporate affairs infrastructure. Eubanks has worked to strengthen engagement with policymakers, advance responsible innovation, and champion technology-forward solutions for taxpayers and the broader financial ecosystem.

As Chairman, Eubanks will lead CERCA in its ongoing mission to foster collaboration between the private sector and government entities, streamline electronic tax administration, and advocate for policies that secure and modernize the nation’s revenue communication infrastructure, while constantly striving to serve and protect American taxpayers.

Eubanks is a seasoned Government Relations and External Affairs leader recognized for his ability to align stakeholders across government and industry to shape technology policy and drive strategic outcomes. He holds a business degree from Kennesaw State University’s Michael J. Coles College of Business.
